Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com): We send your approximate coordinates to retrieve weather data for fishing score calculations. Open-Meteo is a free, open-source weather API. See their privacy policy at open-meteo.com.
Overpass API (overpass-api.de): We query OpenStreetMap data for water bodies and access points near your location.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Most of your data (profile, catches, saved spots, settings, trips) is stored locally on your device using encrypted device storage.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

Local data: Stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Catch photos: Stored locally on your device only.
Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services.
