The app provides informational data only — always exercise personal judgment and caution.
By using this app, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You use fishing spot information and recommendations entirely at your own risk.
- You are responsible for following local fishing regulations and obtaining required licenses.
- Weather scores and spot data have inherent limitations and may not always reflect real-time conditions.
- Fishing Spot Finder and its developers bear no responsibility for any harm resulting from the use of the app's information.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FISHING SPOT FINDER AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM:

- Any fishing activity undertaken in connection with app usage

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Fishing Spot Finder offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
6. Permitted Use
You agree to use Fishing Spot Finder only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Fish without proper licenses or in violation of local regulations
- Redistribute or commercially exploit the app's content without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the app's data or algorithms
- Use the app in any way that could harm yourself or others
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Fishing Spot Finder — including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, and data — are the exclusive property of Fishing Spot Finder and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Map data sourced from OpenStreetMap is used under applicable open licenses.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
